What is an urgent request?

It is the red button on the search screen: it alerts every available professional in your area at the same time. The first one to accept messages you in the chat. There is no extra cost for you —it is included in the professional's subscription—, you can see who is looking at the request, and it expires on its own after 10 minutes if nobody accepts.
